He stands 15.1 hands tall and is super good looking! Very flashy and pretty! If you want one that is good looking and also broke, then Popeye is the one for you. He was used on a large ranch and is a finished ranch horse and can do all aspects of ranch work. He is excellent when it comes to working with cattle. The last few years he has been trail ridden all over. Popeye is an excellent trail horse that is very seasoned and sure footed in the rough terrain. You can trail ride him alone or with other horses. He will ride all day on a loose rein and he has more whoa than go. He would make a good beginner trail horse or a husband trail horse. We hauled him to different places trail riding him. Nothing fazes him or bothers him at all. He does ride in the arena but is a better trail horse than arena horse. He has just been ridden outside on the ranch and trails his whole life and that is where he excels. He has a nice one hand neck rein, nice head set and back up and side pass each direction.
