Maxwell wurde eigentlich als Schulpferd angeschafft, da er alle Voraussetzungen bestens erfüllt. Er ist sitzbequem, hat weiche Gänge, ist nie schreckhaft, grell oder guckig, immer gelassen und lässt sich durch nichts beeindrucken. Er hat Spaß am Springen und lässt sich gut longieren. Leider akzeptiert er keine zu groben Reiterfehler und steigt dann, weshalb wir ihn nicht behalten können. Von der Vorbesitzerin wurde er ausschließlich im Gelände geritten und als Verlasspferd bezeichnet, daher gerne nochmal an sicheren Freizeitreiter.
