Riata Buckle Nominated. Eligible to compete in the $2Million added Riata Buckle Roping Sept 25-28 in Guthrie, OK. Ready to haul on the Heel Side, entered in the Steer Stopping 2024. Roping video from Spring 2024 when with Clay Logan, Steer Roping Riata 2024, and a some from last week. Would fit up to a #12 roping.
"Raffle" is also a well seasoned Ranch Versatility horse with 75 APHA POINTS, ROM in Ranch Trail, Ranch Riding, Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Trail. APHA EASTERNS Reserve Nov Am Ranch Trail.
Raffle is extremely friendly, enjoys people, wants to work. She is the first to meet you at the gate, gets along well with other horses, pastures with geldings, mares, and yearlings. Raffle is a seasoned traveler and does well on the road. Settles into new places and not herd bound. Ride her out by herself on a trail ride- zero issues. No bad habits, beginner friendly. She loves attention , grooming and bathes. No special shoeing and no maintenance.
Raffle was shown in 2024 in the APHA Nov Am Ranch Classes and although we didn't get serious until June, she ended up APHA YEAR-END Reserve Novice Am High Point Ranch Horse. Multiple buckles and year end awards at local Texas Cross Timbers APHA CLUB. She won 2024 APHA EASTERN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in Nov Am Ranch Trail with over 25 horses. We adore her but are moving towards AQHA shows.
