There are no games with Ty Playin Red aka Sox! Sox is that one in a million horse that connects with everyone! He is Mr. Personality and everyone’s best friend! He has been our 8 year old daughter’s (Lynnlee) horse and Sox is nothing short of being a saint! He has given Lynnlee so much confidence and takes such good care of her where ever they go. When she heads out on him, we have zero worries that she will come back safely aboard Sox whether that be 15 minutes or a couple hours later. He is very forgiving of beginner mistakes, super patient as he will stand like a soldier for hours while getting washed, scrubbed, brushed and braided by Lynnlee. Sox is a 100% no fuss confidence builder that is going to make riding a breeze for any level or age of rider! Whether you are on the trails, out on the ranch or in the show pen, Sox will make you look like a pro!!! Sox lopes perfect circles, catches the correct leads, has a great stop and spins both ways. He is very smooth in all gaits, rides low headed and relaxed on a draped rein. He is also trained to lay down on command. Lynnlee has taken Sox to her school carnival for “pony rides” where over 200 kids rode him one night. She has had him at other events for “pony rides as well”. Sox has caried the flag at rodeos for the grand entry where the roaring crowds, loud music and lights didn’t phase him. Sox has been ridden throughout the Ozark and Appalachian Mountains in some of the roughest terrain that they have to offer, while always being sure footed and picking the safest path that he can find. He handles deep water, ditches, creeks, boggy mud and deadfall with ease. Sox has been ridden through town, busy roads with cars, trucks, steps, sidewalks… he handles it all! He has been through the bank and fastfood drive-thru. Sox knows about the ranch life as he has been pasture roped off of, herded and sorted cattle. Sox has been ridden english and jumped over the rails. He is totally safe to ride bareback as well. We are 100% confident in Sox and are thrilled to have Lynnlee present him for your consideration! If you have the perfectly creased hat, flashy shirt, starched jeans and exotic boots… the only thing that you are missing for many miles of happy trails is the right SOX!!!
