He is registered with the American Quarter Horse Assocation. He stands 15 hands tall and super stocky built. He is old foundation bred and built like the old foundation quarter horses. If you're looking for a trail horse deluxe or a finished ranch horse then Hickory is exactly that. Hickory has done every job you can think of on the ranch. From going out and checking fence, roping or doctoring cattle to dragging calves to the branding fire. All of this making him very seasoned and making him so that nothing bothers or fazes him. He is a great trail horse and goes through water and over logs and can handle the roughest of terrains. He also rides nicely in the arena and will lope a circle.
