Magic Sugar Express, known as Magic, is a 5 year old black AQHA gelding standing 14.3 hands tall. While he is young in age, Magic rides with the feel, confidence, and reliability of a much older, well seasoned horse. He is exceptionally broke, honest, and uncomplicated, making him a standout for anyone looking for a quiet, well trained gelding with a great mind.
In the arena, Magic is a pleasure to ride. He will one hand ride comfortably, neck rein correctly, and responds smoothly off your leg. He carries himself naturally with a soft headset at the trot or will travel quietly on a loose rein without needing to be held together. He has the ideal amount of forward motion, not lazy and not hot, giving the rider a very balanced and enjoyable ride.
Magic is confident and dependable with obstacles and new experiences. He will carry flags, work over tarps, and pull a sled calmly and willingly. He is easy and respectful to handle on the ground, standing quietly for saddling, blanketing, and clipping. He will cross tie, has good ground manners, and is easy to be around. In the pasture, he gets along well with other horses and sits low to middle in the pecking order.
Outside of the arena, Magic is just as reliable. He loads easily, hauls well, and trail rides quietly both alone and in a group. He is comfortable around dogs and other farm animals and fits well into a busy barn or ranch environment. He completed a full wellness and health examination on 12/29/25 and is selling with a current negative Coggins, rabies vaccine, and recent deworming.
