JL King Cloud “King” is a stunning registered 4-year-old gray gelding standing 14.2 hands tall. For his age, King has had an exceptional amount of real-world experience, confidence, and a gentle character that makes him truly special.
King is a very safe, reliable, and willing young gelding. He has excellent ground manners, easy to catch, good for the farrier, easy to saddle/bridle, load/haul, etc.
King is one-hand broke, knows how to neck rein, and has a beautiful trot and lope with a smooth trot-to-lope transition. He is comfortable and enjoyable to ride, whether you are riding alone or with a group.
As a finished trail horse, King has been ridden many miles and is ready for whatever the trail brings. He crosses water and logs, and has even been exposed to deer and wild turkeys on the trails. He has also been ridden all over downtown! King has been exposed to tarps, flags, ropes, and even hula hoops, taking each new experience in stride.
King has been ridden bridle-less on the trails and around the arena. A 9-year-old girl has ridden him in and out of the arena including bridle-less, and the kids have crawled all over him. His gentle, nature makes him a pleasure to be around.
For a 4-year-old, King has an impressive foundation and a level-headed attitude. He is a cute, gentle, willing, and a dependable young gelding who is ready to become someone’s next partner.
