Er ist sehr geduldig mit unerfahrenen Reitern und so gut ausgebildet, dass er jedem Spaß beim Reiten macht. Er war bereits auf Ranches in Texas und New Mexico unterwegs, hat Kühe beobachtet und ist ein ausgezeichneter Trail-Geländereiter – er geht überall hin, wohin man ihn führt: ins Wasser, bergauf, über Baumstämme. Außerdem wurde er schon in die Stadt gebracht und bleibt ruhig im Verkehr. Auch im Reitplatz hat er schon gearbeitet und macht gleichmäßige Trab- und Longezirkel, ideal für Show- und Spieltage. Smokey hat stets eine positive Einstellung und bleibt zuverlässig und kindersicher, auch wenn er mal eine Pause hat. He is super gentle, loves being around people, and is user friendly for all ages. This guy is the definition of SAFE and HONEST! He is very forgiving of inexperienced riders and is broke enough to be fun to ride for everyone. He has been all over Texas and New Mexico on working ranches and will watch a cow. He is an excellent trail mount too and will go wherever you point him; into water, up hills, and over logs. He’s also been hauled to town and stays quiet around traffic. He has been ridden in the arena as well and trots and lopes smooth circles and would be great at the playday events. Smokey always has a great attitude and will stay broke and kid safe even with time off! He is sound and up to date on everything, PPE at buyer’s request. Give me a call to come meet him!
