Meet Jack! This 13 year old Haflinger Spotted Draft Cross stands 15.1hh and is just about as wide as he is tall! If stout, safe and steady are on your wish list Jack is going to set the bar high! This boy has been there and done it and is a very willing teacher. From trails to ranch work to jumping to driving he’s done it! He’s a beautiful light chestnut and white color with great bone structure. Jack is as cuddly and lovable as a teddy bear. He adores attention and people. He stands tied for anything you want to do. When you ride him he’s slow and steady with extremely comfortable gaits. He has beautiful movement while you feel like you’re sitting on a couch. He knows his leads and has great transitions. He stops on a dime as well! Jack has been trail ridden everywhere and love’s adventures. He’s not one to shy from anything. He has work on a ranch sorting, doctoring and moving cows. He’s seen the mountains, big country and open fields. He’s fine with water, wildlife and traffic. He’s been driven both single and double and is fine in the city. In the arena he’s very well schooled and will teach his person the basics. He has been used in camp and has taught the most beginner riders how to walk trot canter and jump. He’s just the perfect size as he’s not to tall to intimidate but he’s stout enough he can carry most any rider. Jack would be an asset to anyone looking for a steady Eddie type.
