He was used extensively sorting pairs, dragging calves, doctoring, and pasture roping everything from yearlings to bulls. Miles and miles of big drives, huge gatherings, and countless brandings. For the past 2 years, Smoke has been used on a ranch in Odessa, TX with similar ranch duties plus used at rodeos shagging bulls and picking up broncs. He has also competed successfully at a handful of ranch rodeos. Smoke is a big made horse with lots of bone. He will wear a size 1 shoe and will be sound. He is good minded and easy to be around. He loads and unloads and good for farrier. Rides out in a group or by himself. Smoke is sure-footed, will go anywhere you ask him to go, and stay under you all day.
