Introducing Dalton! He is a 9 year old Grade QH gelding that’s a bay/Blue roan. He might not be the most attractive horse you have ever seen but he is most definitely one of the safest, most kind, and EASY EASY horses you will ever ride! Dalton is the type of horse that is laid back and will do whatever you ask of him with a willing attitude and calm chill demeanor. He’s a big puppy dog! Literally he wants to be in your pocket. He is easy to catch, easy to lead, easy to halter, bridle and saddle. He stands stock still being tied. He would make a fantastic beginner horse or lesson horse for any program!
Dalton has an easy soft one hand neck rein, he side passes and moves off leg. He will collect his head and has a smooth easy to sit jog and lope. He has been used as a ranch horse and a trail horse and a lesson horse. He will ride western or English. I can’t say enough good about him. He’s a barn favorite right now because he’s always the same chill guy no matter what day you pull him out. Dalton will ride out alone or in a group. Follow or lead, he does well with cowboy obstacles even if it’s something he doesn’t understand he try’s his best.
