Introducing “Somethins Burnin” or as we like to call him Cricket! Cricket is big stocky built Registered AQHA Sooty Buckskin gelding, grandson of the famous Fire Water Flint! Cricket is a big puppy dog, he’s very kind and friendly, he has fantastic ground manners and is very respectful with everything you ask of him. He is very easy and fun to ride, he has a soft easy one hand neck rein, gives to leg pressure, has a smooth trot and comfortable lope hitting both leads and has a great 360 spin. Open and close gates. Swing a rope off him or load him up with saddle bags and go for a long trail ride. He is a great arena horse and even better trail horse. He’ll ride out alone or in groups, lead or follow always with a level head and good mind and demeanor. He’s not spooky and smart when it comes to tricky situations. He will do the cowboy obstacle or hit the ranch pleasure show pen. I can’t say enough good about this big stand up gelding he’s the type of old school horse that’s hard to find. On the ground he is a puppy, he follows you around, easy to catch, bridle, and tack up. He stands tied quietly and has no vices or bad habits. He is great for the farrier, to get baths, vaccinations and load and haul. He would be suitable for any level rider and has the mind to go in any direction you’d like him too.
