Mr. Trigger Gold Perfection D. is a 6-year-old registered Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. “Trigger” checks all the boxes with his conformation, beautiful color, and a list of talents and skills. He is loving and kind, patient and forgiving. He has the biggest heart, soft, kind eyes, and the most willing, pleasing personality. I knew he was special when he was just a few months old, and I put his foot on a mounting block a couple of times; then he went back and did it on his own! He has always been a “I want to please you” kind of horse. He is a true all-around horse. He has been a part of our family since he was a few weeks old and has always loved attention! We have done everything imaginable to desensitize him, and he has eaten many meals with a blue tarp draped over his back or walked over noisy feed bags to come into the barn. He has always been a barn favorite, with visitors always leaving saying, “Trigger was my favorite!” He has been trained properly with all the fundamentals and building blocks from day one. I was putting a
bareback pad on him even as a yearling just to get him used to something on his back. He always respects your space and won’t even come out of his stall until you tell him to. When you walk in his stall with a bucket of feed and say “back”, he will back up and not come forward until you say OK or motion for him to come. He does some liberty and will lie down on command. He is always easy to catch, and you can just get on him and ride him back to the barn with just the halter. He loves to be pampered and always enjoys his baths or grooming time as well as treats and neck scratches. He picks up all four feet without hesitation and stands perfectly for the farrier. He loads and backs out of the trailer easily and will even load himself when you tell him to “load up”! Even after months off, Trigger will be the same every time you get on his back. He is the perfect family horse that everyone can enjoy, from experienced riders to complete beginners. He will ride bareback and bridleless, and will come over to the mounting block, a log, or whatever you need and stand to be mounted. He will side pass and open and close gates. He knows how to do slow, proper turnarounds, pivoting on his hind legs. He has been started on barrels and poles and has been used to check cattle in the pasture. He has been used to sort cattle and started on roping. He is great at roping barrels or logs and dragging them. He will even sort cattle bridleless! Trigger has such a fun personality! I left him in the arena by the teeter-totter bridge and looked out, and he was going across it all by himself just to amuse himself! He even stands on the big tractor tire or under the huge flag with the wind flapping it on his head, with no one prompting him to! He has been trail ridden in several areas and will walk slow enough to be ridden with quarter horses or will pick up the pace in that comfortable running walk and has a lovely, smooth lope as well. He will ride alone or will leave the group and go in the opposite direction without a fuss. We have spent a lot of time desensitizing him to everything we can think of. He is great with crossing water, logs, and bridges. He is great with traffic, farm equipment, lawn mowers, deer, turkeys, dogs, and geese. Trigger has Equine Metabolic Syndrome and should not be on a lush pasture for long periods. He hasn’t shown any issues from it, and it’s been very manageable. He is up to date on all vaccinations and dental work. Each year on Memorial Day, we have a barn cookout for several friends with kids who love horses but haven’t ridden much, if at all. We pick out six horses that are well trained and gentle enough for them to ride, and we set up obstacles for them to ride over and through, plus games and horse relay races. Trigger has been one of the horses we have used for the past three years. He takes everything in stride and doesn’t get shook with 30 kids and 6 horses going in different directions all at once! We’ve included several pictures and videos. We have also used him when asked if kids could have a barn birthday party with our horses. If you are looking for a smart, fun, skilled, and gentle gelding with tons of personality, you have found the one! He will be a great horse for the whole family! We would love for you to come and meet Trigger in person and take him for a ride to see how truly special he is!

Mr. Trigger Gold Perfection D. to 6-letni zarejestrowany ogier Missouri Fox Trotter. To prawdziwy wszechstronny koń. Bez wahania podnosi wszystkie cztery nogi i stoi idealnie podczas podkuwania. Potrafi side pass, otwiera i zamyka bramy. Świetnie radzi sobie z przekraczaniem wody, przeszkód, mostów, a także z ruchem drogowym, maszynami rolniczymi, kosiarkami, jeleniem, indykiem, psami i gęsiami. Dołączamy kilka zdjęć i filmów. Jeśli szukasz inteligentnego, zabawnego, wszechstronnego i łagodnego ogiera z dużą osobowością, to właśnie go znalazłeś!
