STAR - Who wouldn’t want to have this one in the stable?

The three-year-old Star will suit many stables. A very pleasant horse that shows scope while jumping. Horses like this make you eager to start riding. 

The Grand Prix stallion Carrera VDL is bred very interestingly as son of Cardento VDL out of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Vantiels Esprit (Baloubet du Rouet), the half-sister of Markus Fuchs’ famous stallion Tinka’s Boy. Already, ten of his offspring have reached the 1.60m Grand Prix level. Three (!) of them jumped the European Championships in July 2025. 

Dam Hisja (Zavall VDL) gave two 1.25m level showjumping horses, Let’s Play and the six-year-old O’Kallas, who already stood out as a four-year-old by finishing second in a young horse class in St. Oedenrode (NED). 

Granddam Risja (Zeus x Lux Z) bred excellently, with offspring such as Timberland 13 (1.50m level), Verisja (1.30m level and dam of the KWPN approved stallion Lazzaro), Abrisco (1.40m level), Berisja (1.30m) and the DWB-approved stallion Norisco. Closely related is the 1.50m level horse Petroeska.
