Er verfügt über drei taktreine, geregelte Grundgangarten mit guter Lastaufnahme der Hinterhand. Das Pferd ist schonend angeritten und zeigt sich unter dem Reiter lernwillig, ausbalanciert und mit angenehmer Anlehnung.
Im Umgang zeichnet ihn ein dem Menschen zugewandter, unkomplizierter Charakter aus.
