For personal reasons, this 9-year-old, approximately 17.8 hands mare is being sold on behalf of a friend. She was purchased at age 3, backed by her owner, and has been carefully and patiently trained. Throughout her training, she has always been straightforward, well-mannered, and very eager to learn.

In daily handling as well as under saddle, she is absolutely well-behaved and reliable. She is easy to handle at all times, friendly in nature, and shows no bad habits such as rearing or bucking — a mare that simply makes riding enjoyable.

Currently, she is being ridden for leisure and jumping at novice to amateur level, with definitely more potential for development. As a four-year-old, she was introduced to competitions twice and managed to place fourth in her second start. Since her owner had no further competitive ambitions, she was not further promoted in this area.

She is easy to load, reliable with the farrier, confident in the arena and on trails — both alone and in a group — and is familiar with herd life as well as individual turnout (herd-compatible, rather lower in the ranking). The lunging routine is also part of her weekly training.

Overall, she is a versatile and dependable partner with a wonderful character, eager to please and suitable for many activities — ideal for relaxed rides, sporting ambitions, or as a trustworthy leisure horse.

As she holds a special place in her owner’s heart, the owner’s preference for a good home clearly takes precedence over price.
