Refined and athletic – Sambucci de Muze and Elmshorn in harmony!

The dam Edelweiss WL represents the mare family 40, the Släaröd family. She has merits in 150 jumping and a breeding index for jumping of 128. Edelweiss WL has produced Tingeling WL (by Tornesch) in 135 jumping. 

The grand-dam Raclette is an Elite mare and has produced Qing WL (by Quite Easy) who was awarded full marks 10-10 for his jumping and received a jumping premium at his young horse test, Cayenne (by Cortez) in 145 jumping, Filipin (by Feliciano) in 135 jumping, Leonora in M- level eventing, as well as the approved stallion Vallon 1013 in Grand Prix dressage. 

The great-granddam Yaki Lee produced the approved stallion Corrado WL 919 (by Cortez), who has merits in Grand Prix dressage.

The young and talented Sambucci de Muze descends from one of Belgium’s leading dam lines. His dam Malissa de Muze competed up to 1.60m with Italian rider Lorenzo de Luca. His granddam Cordula de Laubry is dam to no less than seven Grand Prix horses, including the approved stallions Fantomas de Muze and Lector van den Bisschop. His great-granddam, Nikita de Laubry (by Skippy II), jumped at the Grand Prix level and competed at the European Championships in 1999 and 2003, as well as the World Equestrian Games in Jerez in 2002. His sire Hunter’s Scendro has produced several approved sons and talented jumpers. Sambucci de Muze is a modern sport stallion who has already proven himself on the show circuit, winning the stallion competition final in Den Bosch in both 2024 and 2025, and a finalist at the Young Horse World Championships in Lanaken as both a 5- and 6-year-old. He also scored an impressive 88 points at the KWPN stallion performance test.
