First things first Sage CAN be registered AQHA. Her sire is Kissin the Girls, who needs no introduction, and her dam is Only Invite the Hot. I have raised this one of a kind mare since she was 4 months old. Life simply got in the way of me continually procrastinating registering her. Sage is 16.2 hands and built like an absolute house. No pictures can do this true all around mare her full justice!  Sage began her show career as a yearling in Showmanship and Halter. Sage was shown in ranch, western and English pleasure, horsemanship,  equitation and trail until she was a 4 year old.  Sage does patterns excellent as well.  Sage was never pushed or overworked. She was raised the right way and broke to ride slow and correct. Her jog/long trot is finished for pleasure shows. Her lope needs a tune up for Western pleasure but is ranch or English ready. You can show this mare all day with very little prep. Her stamina never wears out!  She LOVES the show pen and knows her job well!  She rides one handed and is spur trained.  Extremely responsive to leg while doing a 360 or sidepass. Sage truly does everything!  Sage is very accustomed to the show life and hauled all over showing in all the events. On the trails she crosses whatever is in her path including logs, bridges, mud and water. She will follow, go in the middle or lead all while riding on a loose rein.  Sage carefully places her feet while taking care of her rider. Sage is a true DIY horse and can sit for months at a time and will ride exactly the same way, every time. She remembers her training and stays broke!  She is traffic safe, accustomed to tractors, motorcycles,  bikes and four wheelers.  Her entire life she has received the best care, regular vaccines, wormer and hoof care. Shes never worn or needed a shoe, even on rocky terrain. Never taken a lame step. Regularly maintained with chiropractor and massages.  Never injected or any other maintenance.  Sage is in a mixed herd with 24/7 turnout on grass hay. Very easy keeper on 6 pounds grain daily. Sage also stalls phenomenal without cribbing, pawing or kicking.  Sage will meet you at the gate everytime in any size field.  She clips great (twitch for ears), loads, bathes and ties. Absolutely no holes or vices in this mare!  The ONLY reason this gorgeous mare is being sold is due to me suffering a back fracture in 2023.
