It doesn’t get much better than CR Colonel Firewater (Blaze), he is the total package! Blaze has a sweet and goofy personality, that will make you fall in love with him. He is easy to be around and willing to do anything asked of him. Blaze has been ridden on the trails and takes it all in stride. He will go through rocky creek beds, up/down steep embankments, crosses belly deep water, and rides down the road along passing traffic. Blaze has checked fences, gathered strays, and sorted pairs. He has started roping the sled and really enjoys it. He is very simple to ride and so comfortable to ride. Blaze will lope nice big or small collected circles. He will ride on a draped rein at a walk, trot, and lope. He moves off leg pressure, side passes, turnaround, solid stop, and backs. You really don’t even need a bridle to ride him, he is so fun to ride bridleless too! Blaze loads himself and backs out of the trailer. He is easy to catch, most days he will catch you. He stands to be brushed, shod, bathed, saddled, bridled, and for you to get on. Blaze has been hauled all over and exposed to different arenas. He rides the same in the arena as he does out in the pasture. Blaze has been over obstacles, to check the mail, and open/close our automatic gates. He would make an exceptional ranch versatility horse with very little time. Blaze is a once in a lifetime gelding, that you won’t want to miss out on!
