Dover zeichnet sich in vielen verschiedenen Aspekten aus, von der Arbeit auf der Ranch über Trails bis hin zur Arbeit in der Arena, dem Ponying von Hengstfohlen, einer entspannten Fahrt, und um das Ganze abzurunden, hat er etwas englisches Reiten gemacht. Dover ist solide und gut ausgebildet in der Arena. Er hat gute Turnarounds, kennt beide Leads, einen guten Stopp und als Krönung einen soliden Einhand-Halszügel. Dover hat kilometerlange Wanderwege und alle Arten von Wanderwegen gesehen. We have raised Dover from a baby till now and have done all the work with him. Dover is a 4-year-old quarter horse and Friesian cross gelding that stands 16 hhs. He is a beautiful black and will stay black all summer long. Dover excels in many different aspects, from ranch work, to trails, to arena work, ponying colts, going on a relaxing drive, and to top it off he has done some English riding. Dover is solid and well trained in the arena. He has good turnarounds, knows both leads, a good stop, and to top it off a solid one hand neck rein. Dover has seen miles and miles of trails, and all types of trails. Whether it be a creek crossing, going up step hills, to crossing logs on the trails, he handles it all with ease. Dover has been ridden by himself and in groups and doesn’t mind either one. He is great at loading, unloading, likes his baths, good with his feet, and is sound.
