Everyone, meet Biscuit! This guy is truly the kind of pony that every little kid dreams of. He is gaited and super smooth, the perfect size and color, super gentle and sweet and SO MUCH FUN!

We have owned Biscuit for about a year now and in that time our little girl has done just about everything you can think of with him. From trail rides to horse shows to just every day bareback rides around the farm, Biscuit has seen it all.

Biscuit is a 9 year old gelding, standing 40 inches tall. He is sorrel with a beautiful flaxen white mane and tail. Biscuit is super gentle and affectionate. On the ground he is easy to catch, easy to handle and tack up. His ride is exceptional! He stands barefoot (but can be shod if you choose) and has the most natural 4 beat gait you will ever find. It is super smooth and fun to ride all day long.

Biscuit has been trail ridden countless miles on every type of terrain you could imagine. He will go anywhere you point him and is confident enough to ride in the front but laid back enough to ride in the back. He will keep up with the big horses and navigate the steep hills, logs and water with a calm and steady mindset. Our little girl rides him all over our farm even by herself sometimes and he is always safe and obedient. We’ve taken him on camping trips as well and he is the same wonderful pony every day.

Biscuit has a whole lot of experience in the show ring. We took him to many local fun shows all last year and he always came away with at least a ribbon. His gait, headset and well-mannered attitude always turns heads. He also never minds being passed up by the big horses, the lights, noise, traffic or commotion that goes on. If your kid wants a show pony to ride and have fun and win on, Biscuit is sure the guy for the job!

Our girl Emma has also ridden him through the cows regularly and even helped push them along. He is used to goats, cats and dogs that run in and out of the pasture with him. He is also familiar with wildlife such as deer and turkey out on the trail. He gets along well with other horses and ponies and is easy to catch. He stands patiently tied up, loves grooming and a bath and loads and hauls well. He’s been ridden through traffic as well and is completely traffic safe.

Biscuit is also really used to just being caught, hopped on bareback and rode around whatever obstacle our daughter can find for him. Whether its playing with the pool noodles in the indoor arena, the tarps or flag, or riding him to the house to get some lunch- you never know what you will find Emma and Biscuit up to! Sometimes it’s just standing in the cross ties getting his hair braided while she sings to him!

Biscuit really is the total package pony. He has the sweetest heart and so much talent. As our girl has outgrown him and is moving up to a bigger pony to keep and ride, we are offering him to another little boy or girl who is ready to have their dream ride! Biscuit is so special.
