7-year-old highly talented sport pony, directly from the breeder

Grio Dk is a 7-year-old gelding standing at 1.48 meters. He was born and raised with us, so his entire history is well known. As the first foal of our champion mare Isabellah Dk, he was carefully and professionally trained from an early age and now masters all FEI pony-level dressage exercises, just like his mother. His sire, Dandy Lion vd Biebosschen, also performs at FEI pony level.

As a young horse, he has competed in several competitions to gain experience on unfamiliar terrain with an amateur rider, consistently scoring between 68-74%. In addition to dressage, he has recently started jumping once a week, demonstrating great aptitude for it as well. He also enjoys hacking out in the countryside, has no stable or other issues, and is social with other horses and easy to handle.

He has been well-maintained since birth, regularly attended to by the farrier, dewormed on schedule, and vaccinated. At three years old, he was fully approved for sport with RX certification. He is a healthy, fit pony.

His temperament and training make him suitable both as a schoolmaster for a less experienced rider and as an ideal partner for an ambitious rider looking to progress in the sport. We have dedicated eight years—including breeding—to develop this pony to his current level in good health. As a result, he also qualifies for the higher FEI categories.
