Little Joe is a horse any level rider can get long with. He’s safe enough for someone who has never rode before, but also broke enough to keep up with the top hands! Little Joe has a fancy little handle on him as well, he will turn around on his hind quarters, collect at the poll and stop on a dime, with little soft cues.
