We are seeking a loving, knowledgeable 5⭐ forever home for a truly remarkable Menorquin gelding with outstanding qualities. This is not a horse for commercial purposes or resale – but for someone who values wellbeing, partnership, and a lifelong bond above all else.

This gelding is 5.5 years old, stands approximately 168 cm, and has been in full-time professional training with Daantje Bos and Kristien Rutten since his arrival in the Netherlands in May 2024. During this time, he has developed into a versatile and well-rounded partner with an impressive range of skills.

Born on the island of Menorca, Spain, he descends from one of the most reputable breeders and highly successful bloodlines. First started under saddle at 3.5 years old, he was initially approved as a breeding stallion. Before moving to the Netherlands, he was carefully handled by a natural horsemanship trainer, ensuring a foundation of patience, respect, and kindness.

His long journey from Spain was a challenge, and he was given all the time needed to rest and recover before resuming his training. Today, he travels calmly, loads easily, and enjoys new experiences with confidence. He hacks out safely in all kinds of traffic and loves to go on adventures.

His training is broad and varied, including:
	•	Classical dressage
	•	Work in hand
	•	Lunging (single, double, and at liberty)
	•	Liberty work and bridleless riding
	•	Trick training
	•	Jumping and horseback archery
	•	Hacking out in diverse environments

He thrives on variety, enjoys mental stimulation, and has already attended two shows with confidence and composure. Currently ridden bitless and kept barefoot, he benefits from outstanding hoof quality and strong, clean legs thanks to his upbringing on Menorca’s challenging terrain.

He was castrated in October 2024, receives regular dental care, and has no known health issues. Sensitive yet courageous, he will flourish with an experienced, empathetic rider who offers companionship, understanding, and ample outdoor time with suitable equine company. He is accustomed to both 24/7 turnout and stabling at night. Social by nature, he can be slightly dominant within a herd.
