Mikjal came to us in 2014 … and has been a loyal member of the family ever since. He has not been ridden, but has been used with a pack saddle and as a companion horse on trail rides, for groundwork and as a therapy horse (?). He is very people-oriented, has a wonderful character and is easy to handle—tractors, traffic, etc. are no problem. Whether alone or in a group out hacking, he is incredibly kind, but also a bit of a cheeky rascal … typical pony. Very curious and quick to learn; hoof care and loading into a trailer are no problem. He has potential for more—in other words, to become a riding horse … Kept barefoot and in an open stable. He does not suffer from sweet itch, has no respiratory problems or any other illnesses—he is in excellent health. As we are giving up keeping horses for personal reasons, we are looking for a new home and new tasks for him …
