Hippo is easy to catch, saddle, bathe, and he loves to be brushed. Hippo has the type of personality everyone wants in a good minded pony! Hippo has been hauled to many junior rodeos, where both kids have used him to push out calves, or just so Townes has something to ride around all day! He is a reliable babysitter. Hippo is the one who we have let our BEGINNER niece take out in an open pasture and just learned to ride. He will absolutely never take advantage! Hippo is smooth over the poles, crosses bridges and water with ease. He is also lots of help bringing in the roping steers during the day.
