Allround 6 year old Haflinger gelding, once-in-a-lifetime horse

Pablo wins everyone’s heart with his always-happy expression, sense of humor, and joy for life. And let’s be honest—he’s also very handsome with his long blond mane and pretty blaze!

    5 years old, born in 2019, gelding

    Tall, approximately 152–155 cm (estimated) and still growing!

    Beautiful uphill build, balanced and strong. Correct, well-developed muscles and smooth, comfortable gaits

    Amazing character: funny, cheeky, willing (not lazy), alert, sweet, and always cheerful. You won’t find a more sociable horse. He loves to join in on everything, helps with mucking out and chores, and is always ready for fun

    In perfect health: never lame, sick, or injured. Strong hooves, clean legs, regularly dewormed, trimmed, and seen by both osteopath and dentist. No history of laminitis or eczema

    Lovely and well-behaved under saddle. Rides nicely in all three gaits, responsive to light aids. Not much fazes him—rides bareback, bitless, loves games, and is always up for something new. He does test boundaries and has the typical Haflinger quirks and jokes, so he needs a confident and experienced rider.

    Even rides on a neck rope!

    Very talented jumper (free jumps up to 120 cm) and absolutely loves it—though this hasn’t been explored much due to rider’s lack of courage

    Suitable for any discipline—he’s been ridden both Western and English

Pablo would be best suited to someone who wants to have lots of fun and offers variety in training and activities. Once you’ve earned his respect, he’ll do anything for you.

    Can go on trail rides, although he still finds them a bit exciting and needs clear guidance

    Knows a ton of liberty and trick training: bowing, Spanish walk, compliment, jambette, targeting, giving front and hind feet, shaking his head “no,” flehmen, neighing on command, crossing his legs—you name it, he loves it and really puts on a show.

    He also knows the basics of liberty work and shows great potential to grow further in this area

    Super easy to load into the trailer—he walks in on his own

    Well-mannered with groundwork, lunging, washing, grooming, farrier visits, and hand walking

    Easy keeper, lives outside 24/7 with access to shelter, no blankets needed. Can also be stabled, though he enjoys the outdoors. Very social and good with other horses—ideally paired with a young gelding to play with. He’s very attached to a stable, friendly herd.

In short, Pablo is an incredibly fun horse to grow and enjoy life with.
He will only go to the right person and the right home.
