🇫🇷 Kelly’s Glory (Rolo) – Lot 446 Vente de Clifden, samedi 🇫🇷

5yo, 147cm Connemara, with us since a foal. Rolo has done plenty for his age & had a taste of everything, without ever being rushed or overproduced. 

🏅 Results include:
• 3rd Eventing Ireland Starter Series Final, with 2nd & 5th in the qualifiers
• 2nd Hillcrest ODE 
• Led the dressage on a score of 24 at Loughanmore ODE, competing against horses
• 5th & 7th Performance Jumping at NIF Cavan
• Jumped an RDS Performance qualifier
• Currently jumping 1m tracks at training shows. Recently SJI registered & ready to go

Rides beautifully on the flat, snaffle mouthed & super honest to a fence. Loves his jumping but is just as happy hacking to the beach, going in the sea or being ridden bareback up to the field. Hacks alone/company, good in traffic and has been ridden by an 11yo novice.

Very easy to take anywhere – sensible in busy warm-ups, well behaved at shows & can be left off without coming back fresh or silly.

Currently entire but exceptionally mannerly – people often don’t realise he is a stallion. Travels with geldings & runs happily with mares & foals. Has one foal on the ground (pictured) & 5 mares scanned in foal this year, all first time, including one who had failed to go in foal for 5 years.

N/N Hoof Wall | Flu vaccinated

Eligible for classing or could equally be gelded. A smashing eventing/working hunter prospect, while being straightforward enough for Pony Club or a mother/daughter share.

A really genuine, happy pony who loves his job and has been a joy to produce – plenty done, but plenty left to enjoy. 💙

(Would happily buy him back in 10yrs time for my kids that I don’t have yet)
