Salty is a fan favorite in our little town, he turns heads and draws crowds everywhere we go. Salty has been on a ranch all his life in rough rocky country, from checking fence to dragging calves to the fire. He’s the horse I choose to ride when I need to cover some ground and will be sure footed and safe. He’s also my go to in the roping arena, he’s so talented and athletic he loves his job and wants to please. He’s a finished heel horse and he will stand perfect in the box every time, he scores like a rock and will leave off your hand when you’re ready. We also use him as a flag horse at ropings. He’s been hauled to jackpots, ranch rodeos, sortings and some advanced trail rides. But he’s also easy going for a non competitive person to cruise around in style. Salty loads and unloads any trailer perfectly, stands tied patiently, easy to catch bridle and saddle, has a smooth walk trot and lope and a kind demeanor. Salty is our go to for Saturday night jackpots and our number one choice for Sunday morning trail rides. Salty has been a blessing to us we’ve enjoyed having him and anyone would love to have him in their family. Salty will get you noticed anywhere you go!
